The university conducts entrance exams for admission to courses, including BFA, BPT, BOPTM, BSc (Nursing), etc. Admission to the MBBS course at VNSGU is based on the NEET-UG score. Veer Narmad South Gujarat University accepts national-level exam scores for PG course admissions. For MBA, the CAT/CMAT score is accepted. While MD and MS courses admissions are through NEET-PG.
