No, I think it is not mandatory to secure at least 75% to get admitted to VSSUT Burla.

Yes, you may get admitted, but you need to opt for more number of beaches like Production engineering/Metallurgy/etc. . Also you can prefer dual degree course if not B.Tech.

Frankly speaking, I'm not confident. However, this year there's a chance that you may get selected as people would like to study in their home state due to COVID. So you will get clarity after attending the counselling. Also your branch preferences matter like you can opt for a Metallurgy/Production Engg/etc. Also dual degree is another option at vssut.

There's no issue in being a resident of Jharkhand to get admitted into vssut, but there might be a state quota. Given your rank, it depends upon the branch preferences and real counselling to know whether you can get into vssut. There are also other courses like dual degree if you want if you don't get a seat in B.Tech.

I think you will. But given the COVID scenario there will be some irregularities in the seat matrix as the students may not prefer to get admitted to a good but distant place college this year.
