I would recommend you IT branch at VJTI over Computer Engineering branch at SPIT because VJTI has higher NIRF ranking (71). This VJTI college has better infrastructural facilities with hostel, library, gym, cafeteria, hospital or medical facilities etc. This college has good placement records. Many companies visited the campus and recruited the students. The major recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, Reliance Industries Ltd etc. The average package offered to students is INR 7.65 lakhs. So, IT branch at VJTI is better than Computer Engineering branch at SPIT.

VJTI (Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute) in Mumbai accepts JEE Main scores as admission to its BTech programmes. Along with JEE Main, VJTI uses MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) marks for admission. Candidates wishing to join VJTI should ensure that they match the institute's eligibility criteria, which normally include a valid score in either JEE Main or MHT CET, as well as meeting other academic and residency requirements as per Maharashtra State guidelines.
