The eligibility criteria for the M.Tech course at VIT Chennai is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 65% aggregate. Moreover, candidates should have passed graduation with a minimum of 60-80% aggregate. The entrance exam accepted includes VIT Master’s Entrance Examination (VITMEE).
