Yes, it is and best colleges in India. But, taking admission is difficult, as it takes on good JEE marks and also conduct it's own entrance exam.

The course fee is INR 75,000 per annum. Scholarships are available in this college. The course fee at VBIT is Rs 36000 per semester.
