Both are two different courses. BBA is of 3 years and B.A LL.B is of 5 years.

B.A LL.B from VIP would be a better choice as it has wider scope than BBA. So B.A LL.B must be a priority.

Admissions at VIPS are on the basis on the merit of the candidate drawn on the basis of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by GGSIPU. For all courses covered under CET, the university prepares a list of candidates in the order of merit in each category. The eligibility for these courses is 50% marks in 10+2 examination with English as a mandatory subject. Admission to these programs is through IPU CET.

VIPs B.A. LL.B. (Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws) is a five-year integrated law course offered by VIPS (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies), Delhi. The course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the legal system and its functioning in India. As far as I know, VIPS does not offer lateral entry for B.A. LL.B. Course. Generally, lateral entry is offered for technical courses like engineering and not for law courses. Therefore, if you want to pursue B.A. LL.B. At VIPS, you will have to start from the first year. According to the latest and past cut offs you have a good chance of getting into Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The opening cut off rank is around 82 and the closing rank is around 1700.

Maharaja Agrasen college is better that vips because Maharaja Agrasen college has better infrastructure, placements, croud and fees is also low compared to vips. So I will suggest you to go for the Maharaja Agrasen college. All the best
