I would suggest that you get the cut off percentages of the previous year of DU colleges and find out in which college you can get admission in a certain subject. That is, go by the other way round and get to know which college can offer you what subjects based on the XIIth exam marks,

You will have to the check the same from institute only, as they do not display their fee anywhere and it keeps on changing year by year.

Your CET scores are very low. I don't think you can get a good college.
