Yes, VIT-AP University does offer an M.Tech course in a full-time mode with four semesters that can be completed within two years. Further, the university also offers two integrated courses that are inclusive of ten semesters, lasting for five years. Admission to the M.Tech course is subject to the VITMEE exam. Whereas, integrated M.Tech admission is based on the last qualifying exam.

Further, candidates must also pay an amount of INR 3,000 as a caution deposit fee, which is refundable. Before enrolling in VIT-AP, check in which branch and specialisation you are getting admission. Ex: CSE-CORE, CSE-AI, CSE-Network Security etc. vs CSE, ECE, MECH etc. This is the most important thing to pay attention to. You won't know its importance until you actually go there.
