All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has devised a revised fee structure for the engineering and technical colleges. The fee structure along with the minimum fee limit has been sent to the Ministry of Education. An expert committee had first recommended an upper limit fee that the institutes can charge as tuition fee. The new directives will now also introduce lower limit, or minimum fees. The VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2023 will be conducted from April 17 to 23, 2023. Candidates who wish to get B.Tech admission at VIT Vellore or any other campus can apply for VITEEE registration 2023. The VITEEE 2023 application form last date is March 31, 2023.

Obviously BA because in BA. You can read the common subjects for UPSC but in B.Tech you have to read technical and also the arts subjects.

Basically, there is no concession available based on VITEEE rank. Only state toppers are provided with full fee waiver. And also VIT has a scheme called STAR Students only for Tamil Nadu students. Two toppers (1 boy, 1 girl) from each district of Tamil Nadu are directly admitted into VIT with fee waiver. According to the rank secured, you will fall into different categories of fees. Later, a scholarship scheme is available only for economically weaker students. For this you will have to qualify the following conditions:
1) Student should be meritorious and should have scored good GPA continuously.
2) Family income should be less than 1.

Candidates who are aspiring for admission to top private/government colleges must have a rank below 40,000 in the entrance test. It is expected that the candidates with a percentile 70 or above in the MHT CET 2023 will be awarded a rank of 40,000 or above.

As per the minimum VITEEE Eligibility criteria, candidates should have secured at least an aggregate of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the +2/Intermediate examination. Candidates who have studied Physics Chemistry and Biology are eligible for admission to B.Tech. There are mainly two types of scholarships offered at VIT Vellore viz. Scholarships under the STARS programme and GVSDP scholarship. Scholarships at VIT Vellore are mainly offered based on merit. However, economically backward students are provided with need-based scholarships.

VITEEE syllabus is based entirely on syllabi of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics of Class 11th and 12th. Most of your work is already done if you have already finished the course books for classes 11 and 12. Once you have finished them and feel confident, you can refer to the following reference books:
