No, you are not eligible to pursue an Integrated M.Tech course at VIT Vellore if you have completed your 12th from NIOS. The eligibility criteria clearly states that candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply for the Integrated M.Tech programmes. Applicants from Open University / Correspondence mode are not eligible.

Applicants may apply for admission to VIT Vellore and Chennai for the B.Tech programme if they have achieved a rank of up to one lac. The authorities determine the dates for counselling for various positions. The only universities that will accept applicants with ranks higher than one lac are VIT Bhopal and VIT Andhra Pradesh. They won't be qualified for admission to VIT Vellore or Chennai.

With a 52% score in PCM and an overall 63% in your board exams, you would not meet the general eligibility criteria of VIT University. The eligibility for VIT University in the general category requires at least a 60% in PCM.
