The last date for applying for VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology is different for different programs. For B.Tech admissions, the institute retains the TS EAMCET counseling schedule and the B.Tech admission application deadline is normally around May or June. The placement of B.Tech graduates at VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology is about INR 7-8 Lacs per annum . The maximum CTC provided was from INR 50, 40000 per annum. This institute has very good course placement record, especially more than ninety percent of B.Tech students get placement every academic year. The average salary also keeps fluctuating with the branches of engineering and computer Science graduated students have the highest average salary in their mind then electronics and communication and last Mechanical Engineers.

The recent cutoffs of M.Tech at the VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology are based on the TS PGECET exam. The cutoff ranks of various branches were determined for the 2023 batch: computer Science and engineering 120-500; electronics and communication engineering 500-800; and mechanical engineering 800-1200. The cutoff scores ranged from 40 to 60 for the general category students and 30 to 50 for the reserved category students. Cutoff figures are subjected to change every year so stay updated with the recent cutoofs for the purpose of admission.
