These ASP sessions are held weekly, with faculty representatives from each school in attendance. The VUSAT exam is conducted on a rolling basis throughout the year. It is an online exam, and once the application and payment are completed, the test link is automatically generated for each student. Applicants are required to take the test within two weeks of their application date. Different links are provided to students based on their chosen test date.

VUSAT exam will be conducted soon after the registration process is over. Candidates will be able to select the exam slot and date. Vijaybhoomi University does not announce the VUSAT exam date officialy.

The VUSAT 2025 scorecards will be released on Vijaybhoomi University's official website. Candidates will take the exam must download the scorecard from the official website. The university's official website will be the sole platform for result declaration; VUSAT results will not be available elsewhere. Evaluation will be based on both the written aptitude test and the marks obtained in class 12. Successful candidates will receive invitations for admission to their chosen programs at the university.
