As per the WBJEE eligibility criteria for B-Pharmacy, A candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM or PCB with 45% of aggregate marks in above subjects(For General category) with English as a subject with min. 30% of marks.
Hence Math is not compulsory subject for B-Pharma in WBJEE. So you are eligible for B-Pharma course.

I do not think that your form will be rejected on this ground. However, there will be window of opportunity that is normally given to edit some information that could have been wrongly entered by candidate. Wait for this opportunity. As per the present indication and information the exam is scheduled to be held on 19th of May 2019 and the application fill up will start roughly 2 months before this that. But I am sure this date is likely to change since JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on 19th of May.
