Your rank in WBJEE is not very satisfying to get you any good engineering colleges, so ask yourself, do you really want to do engineering? If yes, then take a gap and prepare well for the next year. Best of luck.

As per your rank, you should shortlist those colleges where the requirements match with your marks, then you can apply for those colleges. In the B.Tech career, the overall amount is 6-7 lacs for a 4-year course in the best colleges of engineering and technology. In my opinion, you can get admission in GITA BBSR college which is the best for you. The link for the college is:
