But you also have a nice performance in WBJEE.
With this rank, you will get IEM ECE.
Also, I will suggest you to go for only ECE, IT or CSE branch as core branches are in bad conditions.
You can also go for Heritage.
See, the choice is yours as both the colleges are more or less same in terms of faculties and placements.
But in IEM, you will not be able to enjoy your college life. They even have a dress code. They don't have any such big campus, they just have a building.

Seat Allotment:
1st round will be held in the 4th week of June. Physical reporting for document verification, initial fee payment, a collection of allotment cards at RCs, admission withdrawal will be allowed from the 4th week of June to 1st week of July.
2nd Round will be held in the 1st week of July.
3rd round in the 2nd week of July. Physical reporting and admission at finally allotted institutes will be up to the 3rd week of July.
Hope it will help.
Thank you.

I think WBJEE was conducted for fresh admission to the 1st year engineering in colleges across WB. But you are seeking admission via lateral means directly into the 2nd year. WBJEE score will not help you. You will have to follow the centralised system of DTE (WB) for this.
