Indian students planning to apply for scholarships at Western Uni Canada ideally need a minimum final academic average of 90% or more. The Western Scholarship of Distinction requires a final average between 92% and 100% in high-school.

The Western Admission Scholarship requires a final academic average between 90% and 92%.

The entrance scholarships at Western Uni Canada cover tuition costs up to CAD 8,000 (INR 5.55 Lakhs).

MS in CSE is a very competitive course, and all the colleges/universities you have mentioned are under SPP. SPP courses get high number of applications, so it becomes even more competitive. However, your profile is decent. You should get accepted in at least one institute from the above. Please do mention if you will take GRE in future or not. GRE scores might prove to be important in your case.
