You have good chances if you perform well in the GD /PI at this score. You may also apply at Christ University.

Is XIME-Bangalore a good institute for MBA as it mentions very average cut-offs as compared to other colleges?

The cut-offs are kept low so that the students can be judged, not just on the test scores but also overall skills.

For GD/PI, read newspapers like The Hindu and Mint. For the interview, be confident and know your CV well.
