With a score of 216 in NMAT, the chances of getting a call from XIMB (Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar) are high since the overall cutoff for enrollment in XIMB during the recent years has been close to 200-220. But your sectional scores are also important here since a lot of institutes have set minimum sectional cutoffs. Logical Reasoning-70; Language Skills-82; Quantitative Aptitude-64: These scores would either meet the requirements or come quite close depending on the sectional cutoff XIMB will have this year.
You should, however, apply to XIMB and check the particular cut-off trends for 2024, for confirming eligibility.

Admission to XIMB is based on the academic profile, entrance exam scores (CAT, XAT, GMAT, or X-GMT), and performance in GD, PI, and WAT. Although your Class 12 score is a bit low at 50%, your graduation marks are good at 74%. So, if you get a high percentile which is 90+ in CAT/XAT, it might work for you. Try to do well in the entrance exam and in the selection rounds. Check the eligibility criteria of XIMB for more details.
hope it helps!

As for XIMB or TAPMI, your chances range in the middle ground if you have scored 210 on NMAT. XIMB normally expects a cutoff of 220-240 for BM and HRM programs and for TAPMI the cutoff lies in the bracket of 200-220. But qualifying finally remains to be dependent on other aspects such as your academic background, experience, performance on the interview and so on. Just for illustration, XIMB gets about 10000 applications annually and the total cost for the programme is roughly INR 1950000. TAPMI receives about 7000 applications in a year and the over all amount collected as programme fees is approximately INR 16.3
