I would suggest you to go with Marketing Stream. Engg degree and Marketing is a nice combination. But you should also judge yourself for what you want to do. If you want to do desk job then finance is good else marketing if you can express well and move .

Placements for PGDM HR is very good. Till now companies like TATA Steel, BPCL, Exide industries, Flipcarbon, TCS,HCL,Pantaloon, HDFC, ICICI and other banks and many NGOs visited. Average salary is around 7 lakh and highest package is 13.2. It is very much on the cards that the placement will be 100% again after the 2nd phase of the placement season.
