No this cant be changed during the time of Admission. You should have analyzed before.

If you prefer finance/RM/IT then you may choose any one also.

Yes as i already said .Marketing is very high.But you may also get HR.

Both streams in XISS are good and this season both will be 100% in placements. It totally depends on you what you want to study.Since HR has a background of 60 years there alumini are into very high positions in corporates. But Marketing's history is only 10 years old but still the Alumni are doing reasonably well.

You have a good score and you may expect call for HRM or Marketing from XISS.

Last year the average package of RM was 4.5.
And for IT was 4.

You have good percentile. But this Gap should be justified not only during college interview but also when the companies come for final placement. If you can convince people in both the interview then only you can shape a good future. It totally depends now on you.
