This college accepts admission through XGMAT and we do have a considerable number of people writing this exam, though, obviously not as much as the applicants via CAT or XAT.

Yes, for each of CAT, XAT, GMAT and XGMAT scores, the university has a sectional cutoff for BM, HRM, RM and SM programmes.
