I can't give you details of other colleges, but to join XIMB-XUB, it is necessary that you give XAT, CAT or X-GMAT to get a call for PI-WAT process. After this you may get a call for admissions into one of its many management programs.

Sustainability Management is a new offering by Xavier university, Bhubaneswar. The first batch from the school is yet to pass out. Therefore the detail isn't available. While saying so the school is being driven by a great set of faculties. All the students have also been placed in good companies for their summer internship.
For a complete list of placements and related information as you have asked for (incase of other school's programs) I suggest you refer to the Xuberance brochure available on XIMB-XUB website. I am sure it will answer most of your queries on this matter.

You can apply for XIMB and give CAT, XAT after your graduation or during your final year of graduation. As per the latest cut-offs you are required to score a minimum of 90%ile in CAT, XAT to get a call from the flagship programs (business management and human resource management). The cut-off is around 80%ile for domicile candidates(candidates from state of Odisha).
But I suggest you start preparing as early as possible. It is certain to give you an edge.

Congrats on your conversion of NMIMS - HR, Also with your wait list, you can very well expect your conversion in days to come. Both colleges are good and have their own advantages. While saying so it may be imprudent on my part to say that one is better than other.

Ximb-xub's full time MBA programs take CAT, XAT and X-GMAT(conducted in Bhubaneswar) scores. Please let me know if you are opting for full time courses or executive courses or global MBA courses.

Sustainability management is a new course that has come up seeing industry demands and scope of growth in this direction. The course outline is good and accommodates concepts of not just sustainability but XIMB-XUB's other MBA programs as well. While saying so it is important that you realise it is a new course.
