XLRI Delhi, formerly Xavier School of Management, is an institution under Tier 1 MBA in India. XLRI offers such programs as HRM and Business Management to students, for which they expect a very rigid academic curriculum. XLRI averages around INR 29.9 LPA placement package and requires a minimum score of 94+ for XAT. XLRI Delhi admits students mainly on the basis of the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) scores for the MBA program. XAT is a yearly test; in 2025, it will be conducted on January 5, 2025. Eligibility Criterion Requirements The aspirants must have completed at least three years of bachelor's degree. Score of XAT must be obtained by the students to progress with the GD and PI rounds after the test. The entrance exam scores other than XLRI's admission test for MBA programs are not accepted by the institute.

To pursue the PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Creation from XLRI Delhi, a graduate degree with an aggregate of 50 percent mark from any recognized institution is mandatory. The applicant has to be either in their final term because they should complete their graduation by 31st October 2024. A valid score from management entrance exams such as XAT, CAT, or GMAT is required from the applicants. Two years make up the duration for the duration, and nearly ?15 lakh sets the total fee.

Overall cut-off for MBA admissions at XLRI Delhi for 2024 is going to be around 85 percentile, though each program will have its own sectional cut-offs. For (BM) the overall cut-off can be expected as 96 percentile for male engineers and 91 percentile for female engineers. Contrary to this, in the Human Resource Management program, the requirement is as high as 95 percentile for male engineers, but female engineers need a score of 90 percentile. It now sits on 180 available seats, raising it from 120, so it could lower the cutoff.

The average package this year was ?29.89 lakh; the highest amount reached ?75 lakh. Most of them were from the BFSI sector. Few of the notable recruiters are McKinsey, BCG, and HUL. The program is approved by the AICTE and the faculty is drawn from working experience.
