Candidates do not require passing or appearing for an entrance exam for admission to Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management. The selection for this course is based on their merit and performance in the interview round. Besides, candidates must also have passed a bachelor's degree of a minimum of 3 years in any discipline and a 5 years of work experience for admission in this course.

Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognised university are eligible to apply for Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management at XLRI Jamshedpur. Besides, aspirants should also have a minimum of 24 months of work experience after completing graduation to be eligible for this course. PGCHRM is a one-year course offered at XLRI Jamshedpur.

Candidates should have passed MBA/ PGDM or equivalent or GMP/ PGPX or one year full-time residential programme in Management with at least 60% marks to apply for FPM programme at XLRI Jamshedpur. Additionally, candidates must also be employed in a full-time job. Aspirants should also have at least 5 years of full-time executive/ managerial/ teaching/ research experience.
