The QS World has released the Yonsei University ranking and it's  ranking for the year 2025 was #180 which is an improvement from its previous year' ranking of 205. And based on this trend, the Yonsei University rankings are improving the years.

There is a jump of 25 places from last year.

There are no minimum requirements for IELTS and TOEFL at Yonsei. The university expects average score between 90-100 for TOEFL, and 6-6.5 or above for IELTS to understand the lectures. The programs lecture are available in English for Indians.

Yes, Yonsei University accepts Indian students. As per the official data, over 3,000 students took admission to degree seeking programs, and more than 1,400 in language programs.

International students who want to study UG should pay application fee of USD 150 or KRW 150,000. MBA students has to pay USD 100 or KRW 120,000. Students should fulfill the basic qualifications and submit all documents, and pay application fee to submit the application.

Yonsei University does not give preference to GPA score during admission. But as per an unofficial source, students should score a minimum GPA of 3.5 or above on 4 point scale to get Yonsei scholarship. Students can avail themselves of scholarships like Global Leader Fellowship, Outstanding International Students Scholarship, and more.

An unofficial source says, Yonsei University acceptance rate is 18%, and other unofficial source says, the acceptance rate is less than 1% for early intake. This shows that the university is tough to enter. Students should perform good in studies, have proof of work experience, skills, and extra activities to get selection.
