No, you can't get your graduation degree here. This college only provide Diplomas in various fields. It is upto to you, if you want Diploma, you can get from here, and if you want graduation, you can go to various colleges and universities.

There is no PG course here. I would suggest you look for other colleges. Perhaps Bhatkhande or some other. But this college only provides short-term certification courses.

Both are good. I think that for becoming a director, more than your qualification, your creativity matters. You should have a good sense of people's emotions, wants, and opinions. You should think out of the box.
As such, in my opinion, a certification course can give you many new opportunities.
