• AIIMS Hyderabad is not ranked in the NIRF list and AIIMS Delhi is ranked number 1 in Medical Colleges.
• AIIMS Delhi has a far better infrastructure tha AIIMS Hyderabad and due to it's earlier establishment it also provides good internship and industrial opportunities

AIIMS Hyderabad accepts NEET UG scores for admission to MBBS courses.
