Infrastructure and weather are good, but faculty and management need improvement.
Placements: Placement is the worst here, and the management is one of the worst I have encountered. The only thing notable about this university is its weather and location. If you want to explore hill stations, this could be a good choice. However, very few students got placements, and those who did were placed through their own efforts.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good, and the weather is one of the best here. The hostel is neat and clean, and the quality of food is good. They provide non-veg four times a week. There are three types of rooms: basic, premium, and super premium, with varying prices.
Faculty: The teachers are good-natured but have limited knowledge. They mostly stick to the course material and use PDFs and PPTs. They cover only the topics necessary to pass the internal exams. Although the course curriculum is good, the limited knowledge of the faculty makes it less effective.
Other: The best thing about my course is that it is advanced and well-structured. However, placement support is lacking, and they do not provide adequate placement assistance.

The worst university in the world.
Placements: There are no placements even for computer science stream. Not even a single company visited the campus for any streams. Once a company visited our campus from Chandigarh. They recruited the students in such a way that for the first six months, i.e., during the training period, no stipend offered to the students. After six months, the salary offered will be Rs. 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility at the university is the worse than a 2G network while most of the systems in labs are useless. Classrooms are average, and only a few classrooms have projectors. There is no playground. The library is worse. As there is no playground, we can't think about the sports facilities for any kind of outdoor games. There is only a volleyball court available. One of the worst things is the food served in the college mess.
Faculty: For the CSE department, even the HOD is not a PhD holder, and most of the faculty members are not qualified enough to become an assistant professor. The quality of teaching is bad as the teachers are not knowledgeable. Moreover, there is always a kind of politics between the faculty members where the department is logically divided into two groups, i.e., people with HOD and people against HOD.

University has a good placement of management.
Placements: The placement rate is not good for B.Tech CSE. Few companies visits the campus even they don't give a good package. So if you are planning to take admission in this university be responsible for your placements or internships by yourself because only management courses have good placement.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good. There are all facilities provided in the university. Wi-Fi campus, labs, library, medical facility. There is cafeteria in the campus. Mess is always available in the hostel. Hostels also have Wi-Fi. The campus have variety of students. You will get chance to meet students from different countries.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful to the students. They are good and friendly by nature. They guide students. There teaching style is not so fruitful but you can take there advise if you require. All courses have great and helpful teachers. All faculty members are very polite to students.

It is an average college, and if you want to learn, then do it by yourself.
Placements: There is a placement cell on the campus, but it is useless. Our senior batch students got placed by themselves. Placements on the campus are not that good as it is a new university. So, good companies didn't visit our campus for placements. Our batch is struggling hard to get internships since all students are not that good at studies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi never works in the hostel and outside the classroom, but everything else on the campus is good. The classrooms are good and spacious. The students are enthusiastic about sports, but the ground is small due to the campus location as it is on the hill. There are many other issues, but development is going on.
Faculty: The course curriculum is useful for us. The faculty members of computer science are not that good, and the other course faculty members are still better. Most of the faculty members of computer science are qualified, but they don't know how to teach.

A very few good faculty members.
Placements: Placement is similar to that of any other institute. But relevant jobs are very rare with respect to the student profile (in our case). The salary and job roles are like two banks of the river that no student can join them. The average salary offered by the companies is 10k (in our case). Mostly telecom and BPO companies have been introduced to us for the job. The internship is generally done by the student's effort only without any stipend or necessary referral.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, gym and medical facilities are available. These facilities are available in most of the colleges, but the thing is that how functional are they e.g. equipments in the labs has error more than 30%, very few classes have a projector, Wi-Fi is not accessible everywhere on the campus and books availability per student per subject is not satisfactory. The medical facilities are good(first aid on time; good service; a doctor is available during working hours and a nurse is available all the time on campus). I really appreciate the hostel facility provided by them i.e. it comes with an attached washroom with 24x7 running water. When it comes to the hostel-mess, the quality of food is below average if it is compared with the hostel fee paid. Inside the campus, there are two tuck-shops along with a stationery shop available if the students want to have some paid food on their own. Being a hosteller, I always missed having a barber shop and a hobby/skill development center in the campus.
Faculty: The faculty members are helping in nature, but it differs on the basis of the nature of help required. Most of them are with a Masters degree and get confused with the query of students; mostly in my case when it comes to basic concept vs. syllabus required concepts. Most of the faculty members used to stick with the syllabus instead of knowledge and skill development. After appearing in govt. competitive exams, I noticed that there were certain topics that were not taught but my friend in another college has been taught the same topic in their curriculum. But, I find useful whatever they have taught me till date.
Other: If a student wishes to join then he/she must join it. If they like they can stay else migrate themselves to another institute. One more thing, the college changes their statements and decisions i.e. no commitments, so it may be possible that the student may not get his migration approved.

It is the university that nurtures the students.
Placements: In our senior batch of around 25 people, 30% students have already been placed and still, more companies are to visit this year. The highest salary offered is Rs. 40,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 20,000 per month. The roles offered to the students were that of a junior engineer. Around 50% of the students were offered internship from the college and the highest stipend was Rs. 8000 per month and the lowest was Rs. 4000.
Infrastructure: Since it is a mountainous area, the campus is not very big. It has a basketball ground and gym facilities. The football ground is recently constructed. The college has a great view of the landscapes. The classrooms are very well designed and the labs have got all the equipment the student needs. The university is surrounded by trees. Besides the college's infrastructure, the hostel rooms are well constructed and maintained. It can accommodate 4 persons. The hostel cleaners clean the rooms everyday. We haven't faced any infrastructure issues at all since it is well-constructed and maintained.
Faculty: The faculty members are really helpful. They are very resourceful and qualified. They help out the students a lot by paying more attention to them. They usually teach with the help of presentation using projectors and they take a surprise test each and every week. They are very strict towards the attendance records and the student to teacher ratio is 10:1. They sent us to industrial visit every semester.
