The Admission process of AIIMS Patna is:

1. One has to fill the form of NEET exam for MBBS and INI CET for MD, M.Ch etc. and gave the exam and get the good rank.
2. fill the counseling form which is conducted by Medical Council of India (MCI).
3. Then seat is alloted and pay the fee to secure the seat.

The AIIMS Patna INI CET Cutoff 2026 concluded for the Jan session with the last round cutoff list release. The cutoff was published for various All India categories. 

For the General AI category, admissiion closed with a rank of 15817 for enrolment to various MD, MDS, MS, and MCh course specialisations.
