Best education and bright future for students.
Placements: Number of students placed in my course is very few, and the highest average package offered in my course is 5 LPA, while the lowest average package offered is 3 LPA. The number of students who got internships from my course is 90%. The top role offered in my course is archaeologist.
Infrastructure: My college infrastructure is very beautiful, with a very big building, and all facilities are available. It also has separate faculty and a well-stocked library, lab, canteen, computer classes, music classes, and other activities are also available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very helpful with students. They try to clear the doubts and behave like friends. They give us the best education and try to make us learn new things about creativity and other activities. They clearly explain the topics very well to us.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become an archaeologist.

Best education for students and for their bright future.
Placements: Number of students placed in my course is very few. The highest average package offered in my course is 3 LPA, and the lowest average package offered in my course is 1 LPA. The number of students who got internships from my course is 50%. The top role offered in my course is archaeologist.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of my college is well and good, and all facilities are available. Their faculty is also good, and their classrooms are well furnished and digitally equipped. Their canteen is also available. Labs, computer classes, library, and other activities are also held in college.
Faculty: Teachers are very well qualified and knowledgeable. They teach very well and try to clear our doubts. They are very cooperative with students and try to give us the best education, and behave like our normal friends. In our college, semester exams are held by the college.
Other: I chose this course because I want to become a professor.

It is the legacy of the oldest university in India. The timing of the library should be increased.
Placements: This course is not about a placement through the campus. This course gives the authority to do further research in that subject for which the UGC NET exam is qualified. One can become a professor, teacher, or archaeologist through this course. You can also do museum-related work and become a tourist guide of historic places.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-furnished and have full of lights, but they do not have a digital board. The library and museum are available in the department building. The hostels are clean, with 24 hours electricity and water facilities. A sports ground is available on campus. The mess is available in the hostel, and the quality of food is average.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and helpful, both in pursuing the course and in preparing for other examinations related to the course. This is not a technical subject, as it is related to the humanities. A copy of the examination is checked strictly. The difficulty of the semester examination is medium. The pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to do research in history. It helps you to know about your history, which takes us to our roots. Classrooms can be digitalized, and subject-related seminars should be conducted at a certain time.

The college needs to improve its infrastructure as well as its faculty.
Placements: As I was enrolled in the post-graduation course of ancient history, I don't think there was anyone who was offered a placement by any recruiting company. No one offered any kind of internship during my study time. So, there was no placement or any kind of internship for our course.
Infrastructure: Overall, facilities and infrastructure were average. There was a library, but in comparison to the number of students, the seats in the library were very limited. There was Wi-Fi, but again it offered you 34Mb of data to use, and it was so ironic that when there was so much advertisement of digital India. College don't even provide internet to their students. As Iswar Saran Degree College is an affiliated college of University of Allahabad, so there was no hostel facility available. There was a big ground and games and sports were often played there. There was a small canteen in college.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, but overall, their teaching method was average. I think the course curriculum was not relevant because we were being taught things that were never going to help us in our career, or in any way it will help us to be creative. Semester exams were not that hard. If you were an average student, you would pass the semester, but if you don't take this seriously, you can also get back in several semesters.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in ancient history, and the best thing about my course is that it gives me an outline to understand the history and civilization so that we can have a sense of history in our events. Faculty could be better, there are only 4-5 professors in this faculty, and this puts a lot of work pressure on us, which affects our studies. The college organizes multiple seminars, but there is no scope for any kind of extracurricular activities. You can get a scholarship from the state and central government if you qualify for the criteria.

I have spent 5 years of my life in this college.
Placements: Since an M.A. in Sociology is a traditional course and it does not lead to direct placements but to competitive exams. My college makes us eligible to appear in exams with confidence. As per my personal experience, without any coaching or any external support, I cleared my NET exam twice in 3 attempts.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are fine. The library facility is great but no Wi-Fi is available. The canteen and medical facilities are available. Sports and games are being organised from time to time. Overall, it is great.
Faculty: Teachers in this college are quite knowledgeable, and a standard quality education is provided. The course curriculum is relevant. The course is completely designed as per the curriculum, but traditional courses do not make us industry-ready. Semester exams are quite tough. The minimum pass percentage is considered to be 55%. Teachers are so supportive in nature. They treat us as a family in case of need.
Other: This course (M.A. in sociology) leads us to our personal choice of whatever we want to achieve. I personally chose this course because I wanted to become an assistant professor, and specifically in this subject. After all, sociology leads us to know and helps us understand our society much better.

Placements: In my batch, only 4 students were selected as one of them got the job of editor and rest joined Azim Premji Foundation. There are many institutes that also come, and there is a decent placement rate of students. But most of the students here opt for preparing government exams as it has suitable resources and environment.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is decent and it is very good for girls. There is proper security for them and environment of boys hostel is also good as it's located in the heart of the city of Prayagraj. There are decent mess and Wi-Fi facilities at the university. There are free medical facilities for students at Allahabad University, as there is an allopathic and homeopathic clinic in A. N. Jha Hostel of the university. The department of Hindi has a well-furnished library with good updated books. AC facility is also available in the library.
Faculty: The curriculum of the department of Hindi is updated to the UGC NET and UPSC Hindi optional subject. There is a semester for the M.A. exams consisting of 4 semesters and 3 internal exams in which the best of 2 is selected, and there is a 60 marks external exam.
Other: There is a good history of the subject and the department. It is one of the best institutes. There are good faculty members. It has diversity in the institution, with a good environment for civil service exams.
