Place for placement VSB Engineering College.

Placements: Each student gets 2-4 offers from various companies, and the placement is 100 percent. There are many companies that take students from our college, and last time the company Capgemini took over more than 700 students from VSB Engineering College located in Karur.

Infrastructure: There is a good infrastructure in hostels. They provide routers for students to use free Wi-Fi. In the hostel, they provide a bed with bedsheets for each student and cupboards with blocks, and the routine is different from other colleges. There are strict rules for the hostel that everyone should follow.

Faculty: Each teacher is expected to teach their subjects, and they also offer NPTEL. Every teacher has good experience, and their teaching methods are easily understandable. VSB college offers both undergraduate courses and postgraduate courses, and they have good teachers.

Other: In this college, the crowd is low because the faculty can see us and they can easily correct our errors or mistakes we make.

Annamalai University review.

Placements: The placement was good, but not with very big companies. You can't get a good job with a decent package. I'm just studying in third year, so I don't know much about placements. But our college has good placements. The faculty members provide hands-on practice instead of just theories a lot, so it helps you upgrade your skills and get placed easily.

Infrastructure: Good infrastructure in college, old but in good condition. Nice architecture and a good environment for study. Hostel quality is poor, not so hygienic and clean. If you want to join the hostel, think twice before joining. Most of the students get skin problems because of the bad water and unhygienic environment in the hostel.

Faculty: Exams will be easy, all the questions will come from what the staff teach you during class time. So don't worry about the exams; you can easily get good scores, there will be two mid exams before the semester, so it will help you get ready for the semester exams with full potential.

Other: This college is old and well-recognized. This college has a good name.

Decent academy support with a good campus, but needs more practical exposure.

Placements: Around 60%-70% of students from the B.E. Civil course got placed. The highest package offered is around 6 LPA, the lowest is around 2 LPA, and the average is about 3.5 LPA. Top recruiters include NGOs, media houses, and educational firms. Around 50% of students got internships in companies like Tech for India, Times Group, and local startups. Common roles include content writers, research assistants, and HR trainees.

Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities for our department, including smart classrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs. The library is quiet and stocked with useful study material. Hostels are clean and have basic amenities. The food in the mess is average, while the canteen offers a better variety. Medical help is available on campus with a health center. Sports facilities, such as a playground and indoor games, are provided to encourage student recreation. Overall, the infrastructure is decent and supports both academics and student life well.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, supportive, and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality is good, with practical examples and regular doubt-solving sessions. The course curriculum is up-to-date and industry-relevant, which helps in preparing students for real-world challenges. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is decent, with most students clearing their exams on time.

Other: I chose the B.E. Civil Engineering course for its broad subject options and scope for learning. The best part is the supportive faculty and flexible curriculum. I wish there were more practical activities. The campus crowd is friendly, events are lively, and the college is well-connected. Scholarships are also available.
