Very Best University BGSBU.
Placements: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University has a separate training and placement cell which chooses the bright students and helps in placements. The university also provides free coaching for SSB and other exams. The companies visit our campus and recruit the students. There must be a minimum of 60% of students to be selected. The major companies are Mahindra, Amazon, etc. The average salary for selected students is Rs.20000 to Rs.30000 per month.
Infrastructure: Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University has the best infrastructure. Newly built buildings, classes, laboratories, a sports complex, synthetic athletic grounds, and a tennis court are available on campus. The university has excellent hostel facility, rooms, Wi-Fi facility in the hostel and campus. It is far better than other private institutes. Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University will be like heaven for the students.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very good. The course curriculum is the same as that of other B.Tech colleges and the exam structure is quite hard. It was my first university experience and I loved it. It made me feel like I have something in me and I can excel in life. There is a high percentage of practical work being done and that makes you better professionally.
Other: All over the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University - BGSBU is pretty awesome. Best faculty, best friends, best infrastructure, management etc. Everything is cool. There are several placement opportunity for students from specific streams. All the staff members and persons in the Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University - BGSBU management were nice and cooperative. In terms of studies and result, the University was the best among other colleges and Universities in the state.

I am satisfied with the experience, and I got to learn a lot.
Placements: High-value companies come for placements every year, and many students get placed. The university has a placement cell, which actively helps students to get in contact with the reputed companies, and they visit for the interview and recruit the best candidates suited.
Infrastructure: The college is perfect, and the timing is also perfect. University provides high-speed Wi-Fi for 24x7 on the premises to help students study through the internet. The university provides a suited environment for students to grow.
Faculty: Teachers are the best, and they help in every step. The process of teaching is excellent, and they focus more on developing the excellence of the students. My experience from the first day with teachers was above my expectations. Teachers are superb intellectual.
Other: The college nature is at its best.

The college has an excellent atmosphere to study.
Placements: Placements on this campus are very poor, and 0.1% of the students got placed. Companies which are visiting the campus are very low graded, but the college grooms students for the future and helps students in real life sceneries. The department helps in internships for students and has given students the real corporate structure for an internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good, and there are separate labs for each department. Wi-Fi is widely available, and classrooms are excellent and well-equipped. The hostel serves traditional food of the state, and it is maintaining its hygiene and cleanness. There is a well-established hospital on the campus and a good library. The campus is perfectly placed in between the hills, and it is very beautiful to watch.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but the course structure is very old and deals with old concepts. The course is industry-oriented and helps students to develop a career in the corporate sector. Teachers are very arrogant to help students and are not cooperating with students.
Other: Fests are the best on the campus, and there are lots of restaurants on the campus.

Best university in Jammu with good facilities.
Placements: The students in my batch that were placed was around 40 % and every year around 40 to 50 percent get placed. The highest salary was 6 LPA and the lowest was 3 5 LPA and average was 3 LPA. The recruiting companies visit every year in the University like wipro, tata, Infosys etc. The roles that were offered were as firewall assistant, software analyst and providing technical support. The highest salary package was 7 LPA and the lowest was 3.4 kpa and average was 3lpa in my course. The 30 % of students got internship from my course and in wipro, suntech, Infosys.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good for all the departments experience computer department is well-equipped with projectors in every class. Wi-Fi is available almost in every department with good speed but sometimes poor too. There are different libraries too with thousands of books available. Every material is found there. Books are given for whole semester but afterwards fine is applicable. The university have boys and girls hostel too but they remain dirty as it is upto students to keep it clean. The quality of food is average not too good not too bad also. Deals are served with rice mostly. The canteens are good with good facilities and medical facilities are also given to students. In sports cricket, badminton football is played and tournaments are held and the winning team is awarded with a trophy.
Faculty: The teachers are hardworking and highly qualified Plus knowledgeable but some are less knowledgeable too. Quality overall is best in teaching. They give extra time to the students by offering to come anytime they will teach the students. Course curriculum is relevant for the students for every departments as the subjects are relevant and they make students ready to work anywhere in the world.
Other: I chose this course because I love networking as the world is progressing digitally in every sector. Best thing about my course is that it is not boring. Improvement is needed by providing more practical labs so students get ready for working anywhere. Events fests are held for different things and students participate in it. Campus crowd is good in numbers. There are different scholarship given to students and extracurricular activities are also held sometimes.

Partially satisfied. Though it is beautiful due to the greenery everywhere.
Placements: There are placements in our college, but very little. After the new VC have joined, there is a change in the placements. Our college management are planning to get more MNC companies for the placements. The current VC is trying his best to improvise the placement percentage. Which is a good initiative leaving behind the rumours about the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The classrooms have chairs with pads. And the climate of the campus is fine to study. The infra in the labs are expensive, and they don't have enough experienced technician's in the labs. Few labs are quite spacious, whereas some are small. The roads are uphill and the hostels are near.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are great, where the other faculty are good for nothing. The best thing about the university is that every exam happens within the time unlike others around. The course syllabus of our college same like other universities around, but it completes within the time. Some teachers don't finish the syllabus and leave that to students, but few of the teachers do it extraordinarily.
Other: There are cultural events and geeks fests. IAS a student has taken part in them, and they are great.

Join BGSB University and study on the path of development with inculcating nature in the heart.
Placements: In my final year, after getting 72.56% aggregate, I got placed in three reputed companies for a salary package of 2.5 Lacs - 4 Lacs which is gold for a novice. So, I can say that Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University has not been excellent, but it is good.
Infrastructure: It has all the labs which are required for an effective course curriculum and also it has two specular lecture halls equipped with the latest technology and a vast library, periodical section, web section. The temperature there is also ideal for studying over the year.
Faculty: I think our department has got the best faculty in comparison with all the other departments of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University. Our department also organises guest lectures in which the lecturers from other prestigious universities like SMVDU Katra, Jammu University and others come and make the students' path more simple in their curriculum.
Other: It organises 3 days fest on its annual day. It is 12 km away from Rajouri (city), Jammu and Kashmir. It had occupied a large area like LPU Jalandhar but is in developing phase, or you can say is in its initial phase. There is a large forest area in the surroundings of the university which makes it an ideal place for studying.
