Best university for M.Sc. in physics course.

Placements: Currently, the placements happening for us. In my senior batch, 90% of them were placed. Many companies come in looking for jobs, but most companies come in looking for employment and financial information. We had a great choice of dual specialisation, which made it easier for us to clarify what to do for the best placements. The roles offered were aeronautical engineer, laboratory technician, etc. Internships were offered.

Infrastructure: Hostel was nice and completely furnished with Wi-Fi and beds. The cuisine at the hostel was superb. The infrastructure of our lab was excellent. Our classrooms were tidy. Our college had digital classrooms. Hospital and eateries were beneficial. Our college promoted student participation in sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were very friendly and very helpful. Each professor had a Ph.D. in one subject, and the method of teaching classes was excellent. In our college, every exam was conducted as a semester exam, and supervision was strict. Every room had two teachers. The semester exam was easy, and the pass rate was 90%.

Professors are very helpful in nature. It is a good university.

Placements: The batch is very good, there are 32 students in my class. The college faculty members do not allow us to do internships. In the last semester, there was a training program held by the university. The training programme is held by ICAR in Nainital. But they take money for this, and we go on to study tour in Uttarakhand.

Infrastructure: There is a very poor Wi-Fi connection, and the library is good. Classrooms do not have AC. In the hostel, the mess food is a disaster. The canteen is also not so good. Medical facilities are very fast but not so good. Sports and games are also available in this college. The central library is very good with full AC.

Faculty: Our professors are very polite and friendly in nature. They are always ready to help us in every situation. Exams are not that tough. Practicals are very poor at this university. They do not provide any equipment or chemicals. I am personally very disappointed by the practicals.

Other: The best thing about my course is that it has a very similar syllabus to the NET exam. My college does not have any fests or anything like that.

It is a great place for education. It has a good infrastructure, but there is a lack of placements.

Placements: According to last year's performance, almost 60% of students got placed with the highest package of 12 LPA. The lowest package is 4 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Wipro, etc., visit the college for placements. The roles offered in the course are database administration, developer, and data analyst.

Infrastructure: The campus has a good infrastructure with pace and calmness. Every department has a Wi-Fi facility with good speed. All classrooms are also well-maintained and specially structured to prevent suffocation problems. It has good ventilation, a great library, etc.

Faculty: Here, teachers are so great and helpful. They all are well-qualified, and their assistants are also pursuing a PhD. However, they still have great knowledge. They provide us with extra knowledge too rather than a syllabus. However, the syllabus does not make students industry-ready, so teachers guide us in that. Exams are average.

Other: It supports extracurricular activities like events and fests. It also provides scholarships.

Placements: The total strength of my class is 13. There are no placements from the university, but the professors help by providing recommendations. The roles offered are research associate and data analyst. If a person has all the skills required for bioinformatics, he or she can easily get a job.

Infrastructure: Facilities are still lacking because this course is very new at the university. Hostels are pretty good, and the quality of food is also nice. There are many opportunities for a person if he or she is into sports. There are many clubs, and the library is one of the best in this college.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified enough, but since there are only 2 to 3 teachers, they teach every subject, which is a bit chaotic. Exams are moderate, and the marking pattern is also good. The passing marks are 55%, and mostly the CGPA goes up to 9.00. The curriculum needs a bit of modification.

Other: I don't have much idea regarding this.

It is a good college with 80% placements in 2024. It has good staff members and professors.

Placements: The number of students who got admission to HDFS through CUET-PG is around 28. Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow offers coed type of education. 19 out of 28 students got placed through the college placement drive. Companies like Parle Products, Batras Lab, Reliance Fresh, Big Basket, etc., visit the college for placements. The maximum package offered is around 9 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: We will get accommodation facility in form of hostels which is generally 2-3 seaters. Water, Wi-Fi, and electricity facilities are available for free. There is a fee of around Rs. 2,600 per semester for the hostel. Few hostels have a gym and common room with AC to study. Guest rooms for parents are also available.

Faculty: Faculty members are well-educated and experienced. We will get ample opportunities to clear our doubts or seek help in case of any problem. Apart from the course, this university offers the CBCS course(optional) where anyone can opt for any course to enhance their skills.

Other: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University has 2 types of fests which include Udaan a sports fest and Tarang a cultural fest.

All about Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University.

Placements: Placements are very average here. This is probably because it's a government college. According to past records, only two or three students from each batch get placed, and even that is because of their good reputation in the department and because of referrals. On the plus side, the college provides a good theoretical foundation and internship opportunities.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college has good facilities, including smart classrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and elevator service. The labs are well-equipped, but they could use more instrumentation for the self-funded courses. The hostel rooms are good and spacious, and the mess food is good. However, there are very few hostel seats, and they are allotted based on the entrance exam merit list and reservations. The campus environment is very nice and nature-friendly. There are good facilities for sports and a gym. The library is huge, and there is a healthcare center for medical emergencies.

Faculty: The faculty at this college is well experienced and always ready to help. The curriculum is decently designed and covers food processing technology, food microbiology, and food chemistry. In addition to the core subjects, there are also compulsory and elective courses that allow students to choose subjects that interest them. Exams are based on the semester system. Other: I chose to study at this university because the course I wanted to take is only offered at a few central universities, including Pondicherry, Punjab, and Lucknow. The eligibility criteria for Pondicherry are quite rigid, so I chose to study at this university on a distance basis from my hometown. If you have good merit, you can apply for the National Scholarship Portal (NSP). If you are a native of Uttar Pradesh, you can apply for the UP Scholarship.
