Review of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow.

Placements: I am a pass out student of M.Tech in computer science at this college. There are no placements. I suggest if you just want to get a degree from this college, then you can easily opt for it. If you are serious about placements, then I suggest not to opt for this college.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average, and there is no hostel facility for all. If you are from other states or SC ST category students, then the chances of the hostel are good. Otherwise, other students don't get the hostel. Even I didn't get it as the distance from the house is around 250 KM. If you are interested in opting for the hostel, then I suggest becoming a top 5 ranker in their entrance exam. Otherwise, you have to arrange any PG near the university. Rented rooms near the university are much costlier, which is around Rs. 5,000 in a good area and Rs. 2,000 to 3,000 in an average area.

Faculty: All faculty members here are good and cooperative, but they are not giving their 100%. They just make notes, and you have to go through them. Sometimes there are many internal politics. The curriculum is updated and good. I suggest not to be friendly with peons and office assistants as they are very cunning, and once they notice you, they start making you a fool. Teaching faculty members are on an Adhoc basis, and there are no permanent faculty members for M.Tech. During our time, there was no permanent class space for M.Tech. Students have to adjust their bags anywhere. During our time, there was 3 time-shifting of classes.

Other: There are four semesters in M.Tech, and after every semester, there is a registration of a new semester.
