Aspirants need to appear for the All India Entrance Examination in Agriculture and Allied Sciences (AIEEA) conducted by the ICAR and the Jharkhand Combined Competitive Entrance examination conducted by JCECEB. According to the report, 27 BSc/ BTech, 4 BVSc, and 30 PG (2-year) students were placed during BAU Ranchi placements 2022. The median package offered to BSc/ BTech and BVSc students were INR 6.40 LPA and INR 7.50 LPA, respectively.
