I would say that please use funds in the improvement of college, not improvement of own your houses.

Placements: There are no placement facilities, and we have to search for jobs and PG opportunities on our own. It's not that good. There is no reputation of this college in a good book, and there is no reach after graduation. Students have to do everything on their own, they don't even give us a college degree on time.

Ranchi Agriculture College has good campus environment.

Placements: Only 5% of students which is around 4-5 students get selected. Banks like PNB, ICICI, and HDFC come to campus. An agriculture loan officer and clerk role is offered by JNR Bank. The salary package offered is 5 LPA. Our college provides 6 months of prior training with a stipend of approximately Rs. 6,000 per month.

BAU glance and its functioning.

Placements: Placements are not up to the mark. Not many companies visit for campus placements. Only a few students will get placed with a very low package. The new placement cell is active but still major agricultural companies do not visit for campus drive. But an internship is compulsory for last year's students which is provided by the college itself in various companies which is unpaid or paid.

Overall Good to prepare for future competitive exams.

Placements: About 20% of students were placed in our courses. Top recruiting company was Cognisphere Solution Limited which recruited 3 students from batch 2019-20. Roles offered in our college are the heads of different Societies like media cell, sports society and etc.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Top roles offered are forest ranger, forest guard, scientist, and professor. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. The lowest salary offered is Rs. 20,000 per month. The highest salary package offered ranges between 2.4 LPA - 24 LPA. Almost 100% of students got internships with good stipends. All India tour is associated with our course.

Good but Improvement required in the recruitment of teaching faculty.

Placements: Around 50% of the students were placed this year. The highest package was around 5lpa, 2lpa being the lowest. And 3 LPA is the average package here. Top companies recruiting our students include NHAI, FAO, Forest Corporation. Not much internship opportunities are available in campus. However, plenty companies offer internship off campus. Top roles offered in our course consist of ATM (Assistant technology manager), BTM ( Block Technology manager), etc.
