Really good academic infrastructure, friendly professors, and clean, aesthetic hostel rooms.
Placements: None of the students have been placed yet because university enrolled its first batch of students in the 2025–2029 session. Only the MBA batch receives its first internships through the university, with companies like VI and other organizations.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the lecture halls and computer labs is excellent. A biometric system is used for classroom attendance. The rooms are properly soundproofed. Smart boards are available in all classrooms. All the PCs in the computer labs have at least an Intel i7 processor with 16 GB RAM. There is also a Mac lab. Hostel services are excellent, with aesthetic and well-planned rooms, an efficient cleaning staff, and above-average mess food. The only concern is the laundry service, which does not wash clothes properly.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are really friendly and helpful in nature. But very few of them have what we call a good ability to teach. They might know everything about the topic, but their way of explaining sometimes feels sluggish. The course curriculum is average according to me. In general, mid-semester exams are average or below average in difficulty. The end-of-semester exams can be above average to hard depending on the subject.
Other: I chose this college because infrastructure is quite good, and it is near my hometown. Since it is the first batch, university is expected to focus more on us. I really like the flexibility of faculty in my course. They are very understanding. They always try to help sincere students. I would like sports facilities on the campus to improve a lot. The condition of the courts is currently below the bare minimum. Events happen regularly. Crowd of students in my batch is quite good. There are a lot of capable students are committed to learning.

Overall CU is a great option for technical as well as non-technical courses.
Placements: The college is completely new and we are the first batch so there is no record of any past placements but the college has tie-ups with various MNCs like Microsoft, Google, and Deloitte. Top roles offered in my course are web developer, data Science analyst, AI engineer, and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is great. Although it's not completely built the main building has all the labs related to the different courses. The infrastructural quality is great. There are all AC classes with biometric scanning and AC labs. Mess and canteen are cleaned from time to time and are totally hygienic. There is a medical room as well as the availability of 2 ambulances in the college. There is a gym for the hostlers only. There are basketball courts, a cricket ground, football ground, chess, carrom, badminton, and table tennis all of which are played and competition are also held from time to time.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and qualified. They teach with pure dedication and are really friendly to reach out in case of any doubt. The university is AI augmented and the curriculum is completely new as per the market requirement. Practical knowledge is focused and industry-driven knowledge is given. The semester exams are moderate. The quality education and time-to-time assessment make it easy for the students to prepare without any pressure. The pass percentage is more than 90-95 percent.
Other: B.Tech CSE is my choice to study from Chandigarh University because today the Computer Science and AI-related technology are at their peak and constantly growing and I have always had an interest in learning programming and coding and understanding artificial intelligence. I just wish that the college would increase the management staff a bit because sometimes it takes a lot of time for some tasks like document verification and all. Also the college needs to increase the amount of sports equipment. Fests take place from. Time. To time every semester the crowd is pretty good. CU CET scholarship is there. Regular hackathons are also conducted providing students with new experiences and certificates along with rewards.

Good infrastructure and facilities are fabulous.
Placements: It's a new campus of Chandigarh University, Punjab so I can't say how many students got placed but the university has signed MOU with Google and Microsoft. Top recruiting companies in my college are Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, TCS, and many more. My course offered all the roles like Data Science, IT, cybersecurity, and many more.
Infrastructure: All facilities are in working condition, the whole campus has Wi-Fi range up to 1 Gbps, and has all the computer labs, Physics lab, medical lab, and electrical lab. The campus has all the labs for all the courses and the machines are accessible to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are overqualified. Their teaching style is fabulous. They explain everything step by step. There are 3 exams in the curriculum two mid-semester exams and end-semester exam. The question paper made by the faculty is of an easy-to-moderate level so everyone gets marks.

Absolutely satisfied with the placement.
Placements: In the 2025 batch about 1153 MBA students got placed and I am one of them. For the MBA batch the highest package was upto 23 LPA and the average package was about 5 LPA to 6 LPA for the year. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, Deloitte, ICICI, etc. I got the 9 LPA package.
Infrastructure: Campus has been developed as a modern AI augmented multidisciplinary university with a world-class infrastructure. It has well-designed classrooms equipped with ergonomic seating, smart boards, and high-speed internet/Wi-Fi connectivity. Separate hostels for boys and girls with secure 24/7 CCTV monitoring, a hygienic dining hall, and comfortable study areas.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful with many supporting doubts outside class and using practical examples to teach. The teaching quality is good to average depending on the department and individual teacher. The course curriculum is relevant and industry-oriented often updated with current technologies which makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty and the pass percentage is high around 90-95 percent.
Other: I chose MBA course because of its industry oriented curriculum, strong placement support and a wide range of specializations. The best thing about the course is experienced faculty, practical exposure with case studies, internships, live projects, and regular industry interaction. More personalized mentoring, international exposure and strong internship tie-ups could further improve the course experience. It also offers big events and fests with good budget.

I am absolutely satisfied with my college because of the good faculty, infrastructure, campus life.
Placements: Actually this is the first batch in the university, but in the mohali campus we have seen students excelling in placements. Last year 95% students got placed and in data Science the highest was 70 LPA. Most people get internship in the 3rd year and get placed in the 4th year.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are well maintained, each and every classroom have SMART board, Wi-Fi, charging port available. The library is well maintained. The hostel is also decent. The rooms are clean and nice. The workers working in the hostel are disciplined with their work. The food is sometimtvery good and sometimes very bad.
Faculty: The teachers here in the college are very professional. They all have a good teaching style and attitude. Our course curriculum is upto mark. The semester exam is little tricky but if you study properly, you can crack the exam very easily. The pass percentage is 35%. .

Good facilities with a little bit of personal hustle.
Placements: This is the latest campus based on what the industry wants. This is the first year, so placements are going to be decent. For more opportunities, try connecting with working people and people on LinkedIn. Attend workshops, build real projects, follow recruiters, ask for referrals politely, stay consistent, and showcase skills publicly.
Infrastructure: The hostel and campus are still under construction, but the infrastructure is going to be pretty good in 2-3 years, and the campus will be fully ready. It will be an impressive and attractive campus. During this time, students may face minor inconveniences, but those are temporary.
Faculty: The teaching staff is decent, but they need to bring in more relevant teachers for courses. The curriculum is relevant, and if you give your own input, it would be good. The semesters are moderate, you need to study well for a good score. 75 percent is needed for a good record.
