The UGC NET 2024 June session exam was conducted online in Computer-Based Test (CBT) Mode. The exam was conducted in two shifts. Shift 1 from 9 am to 12 pm and shift 2 from 3 pm to 6 pm.

The minimum qualifying mark for the general category is 40% and for the reserved category is 35% for both papers. Usually, the UGC NET cutoff for the JRF is higher as compared to the assistant professor. Also, the difference between the cutoffs depends upon the difficulty level of the exam.

The UGC NET 2024 expected cutoff may fall within the range of 216 to 160 for all subjects and categories.
