In CMHP admissions to PG Diploma Courses is on the basis of percentage scored in Bachelor's degree. Three sets of PG degree are available and applicants can apply for a maximum two programs (they may only select one programme from each group). The university administers a nationwide entrance exam ( CUET-PG) as the foundation for PG degree admission. On the basis of CUET score merit list CUHP admits students. The university releases three consecutive selection lists after the declaration of the results by NTA, on this basis students can register for admission.
Also, this university will cancel the entrance exam for the relevant programme in case of less than 50 applications are submitted to it and admit students on the basis of marks scored in qualifying examination.
To get admission in Central University of Himachal Pradesh for all PG courses including MA candidates first have to appear in Central University Entrance Test (CUET-PG).Based on the analysis of the previous scores obtained in CUET-PG cut off is generally expected to be above 200.
