Admission into BPharm course of DPSRU Delhi depends upon the aggregate of 3 subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. For students who have opted for both, the best of two from Maths or Biology will be considered.

The rest 85% is filled by graduates passed out from Delhi colleges/ universities with a valid GPAT score. Out of the 85% seats of Delhi category, 70% seats are offered to DIPSAR/ DPSRU candidates and the remainning 15% is reserved for Delhi non-DPSRU aspirants from NCT of Delhi.
