The placement report for the 2022–2023 academic year has been made public by DAIICT. The maximum package and average package offered for DAIICT placements for B.Tech in 2023 were INR 82 LPA and INR 17 LPA, respectively, according to the research. In addition, during the academic year 2022–2023, over 160 firms visited DAIICT and over 480 proposals were made. In addition, about 30 PPOs were made available in 2023 as part of DAIICT placements. During placements at DAIICT Gandhinagar, the top recruiters were Microsoft, Flipkart, Google, KPMG, PhonePe, etc. Furthermore, during DAIICT assignments in 2023, the highest and average stipends granted were INR 2 LPM and INR 1.15 LPM, respectively.

The application process for BTech admissions is ongoing. The last date to register and apply is June 17th, 2024. Applications for M.Tech (ICT), MSc (IT/Data Science/Agriculture Analytics), and MDes programs were also ongoing and the deadline was May 20th, 2024.Admissions for PhD programs (Regular & Part-Time) are handled differently. The application process for PhD seems to be open throughout the year based on the information available.
