I don't think that is possible for engineering colleges in India. You will have to start from the first year in any college that you chose to admission in.

Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology is better for CSE than Ganapt University. So go for DAIICT, it is better in terms of faculty, environment and exposure. Placements are almost the same. Still my vote for DA
