Monthly Salary
The salary for graduate trainees is INR 40,000-3%-1,40,000 during training period of one year with a basic pay of INR 40000. In addition with basic pay, candidates will be offered DA, accommodation, medical facilities, etc.
CTC
Approximate CTC* will be 8.2 lakhs per annum during the training period and after the confirmation is made after working as a trainee for one year to E1 grade, the CTC* would be approximate 12.12 lakhs per annum. Candidates will also be entitled to Dearness Allowance under the cafeteria approach such as:

NALCO Recruitment through GATE Eligibility Criteria
Students who are interested in applying for NALCO recruitment must fulfil the eligibility criteria. Some of the criteria are mentioned below:

Selection process
Selection will be on the basis of the percentage secured in engineering discipline, GATE 2025 scores, followed by a personal interview. The weightage assigned to GATE marks and personal interview are 90% and 10%, respectively. Eligible GATE paper codes are ME, EE, and CH.

NALCO GATE Selection Process

Candidates must be medically fit according to NALCO’s pre-employment medical standard.
