The total seats offered for B.Sc. at GSFC University and Institute of Technology, Nirma University are 155 and 94, respectively. While GSFC University offers this course in 3 specialisations, Institute of Technology, Nirma University offers the same in 4 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at GSFC University due to higher seats.

Approximately 60%-70% of the students get placed.After every semester the university is providing an internship and it is a 4 credit course which is compulsory for all the students to undergo the same. If the student wishes that he/she is interested in this particular company then that is allowed as well as the university also offers the lists of companies that students can undergo. After completing the whole course the university looks after the placement process and this is handled by the placement team. The placement team circulates the Google form for reviewing the candidate's opinion that he or she is interested in getting placed and all.University provides the placement in their own company named as GSFC limited. They recruits the students from the university on the marks basic . Many companies like GATL, Surya hotel, INOX etc. recruits the Students from the university.The companies like Alembic, GSFC LTD., deepak nitrite, ipcl, byju's, prakash chemicals etc. The placement process has steps like group discussion, individual interviews etc.

They also have good quality labs and different labs like 2 chemistry labs, a computer lab, a CAD lab, a physics lab, other chemical engineering labs, workshops etc. GsFC also has a sports centre. I am a chemical engineering student. And this university is known for its chemical engineering field.

GSFC University offers UG, PG, PG Diploma and PhD programmes in streams, including Engineering, Science and Business Administration.  It has more than 90 permanent and visiting faculty members. Over 30 per cent of faculty members from industry experts. The university accepts national or state-level entrance exams such as GUJCET, JEE Main, etc. for admission to specific courses.Admissions to B.Tech are based on the JEE examination, while admissions to the Ph.D. courses are based on an entrance test conducted by the University. 

The highest package is 5LPA, the lowest package is 1.8LPA and the average package is 2.5LPA.The university provides placements and internships opportunities for all its undergraduate and postgraduate courses. GSFC University Placements cell has seen an increase in the number of students enrolled and companies participating in the campus drive.GSFC University internships are also provided for final year students, GSFC placementcommittee, grooming sessions and student-managed club instil professional approach and soft skills. 

Students securing admission through ACPC in A.Y. 2023-24 and fulfilling the criteria of merit based on ACPC Merit Rank are eligible to get the scholarship.The objective of Scholarship is to ensure that students belonging to economically weaker section of the society are not perforced to leave their courses for want of economic resources.The Scholarship is awarded in the form of Tuition fees upto 50%.It is also providing financial assistance for boarding and lodging, equipment’s and books.

Cost to pursue MBA in GSFC University is 2,30,000 (2 years).And the amount of fee is based on their ranks and caste.ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAFor State Quota Seats:The state quota seats of the MBA Programs will be filled by Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC), Govt. of GujaratAdmission in Management Quota:-A candidate should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/SEBC)Seats (All out-of-the-state applications) will be filled by all Indian candidates (including Gujarat) on the basis of scores in CMAT/CAT/MAT/XAT in the corresponding year.
