Avg placements in 2018, but infrastructure wise college is good and the facilities were also good.
Placements: My experience at GADVASU was excellent I learned a lot of things over there. The infrastructure of the college is very good. The placement for our batch is 38%. The highest salary offered was 38000/- and the lowest is 10,000/-The highest package offered was 456000 and the lowest package was 120000. verka is the top recruiter for our batch. Deputy manager role was offered in verka. the internship is 100% all the students had got internships in verka only.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. For every department there is a separate lab, the lab is fully equipped. In college, there is a computer lab where the number of systems are enough for the student. There is Wi-Fi in the whole campus. Classroom is large enough for the total students to sit comfortably. The hostel is alloted to all the students who apply for it. A room is shared by three students but the room is quite big so it is not a problem to share the room. There is adequate space for sports and GYM facility is also their al the hostel only.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified enough, but they do not help full at all. For some teachers teaching quality is good, while others are just doing the formality. The curriculum is good and is related to practical applications only. Since the curriculum is practically approached so it makes the students industry-ready. The overall curriculum is good and helpfull.
Other: Nowadays when everybody is going for engineering b tech in dairy technology is something for which the competition is not that much but the scope for this course is very good. There were a few courses which don't have any relevance with the dairy industry, so I just want those courses to be eliminated from the curriculum. Events are good, every year there is youth fest in which different colleges take participation and it's a good opportunity for the students. There is a need t put more emphasis on extra curriculum activities.

Very good college for Dairy technology.
Placements: Placement is good. On campus placement is not there. But when you go for an interview the interviewer has a good thought about your background because of your college. All of our batchmates are well places in companies like verka, markfed etc. With a good pay scale.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good with state of the art labs and well furnished library with A. C. Hostels are neat and clean and have a good study environment. Mess food is good too. So overall the infrastructure is good with all the basic amenities. And playground are lush green. And overall campus and infrastructure is above average according to the Indian standard s.
Faculty: Faculty is well trained and experienced in their respective feilds. They make students understand things in the easiest and the simplest way possible. If you understand Punjab then you will face no problem in understanding. Our college followed yearly curriculum and we had exams at the end of the year. First we had internal examination s and then external examinations.

Worth the money. Good infrastructure. Gives good future possibilities.
Placements: Good placement. Almost all the students are placed somewhere, but the major proportion goes to Verka. Placement is also done by Nestle. Good salaries are proposed by both companies. There are also some small players which give employment to dairy students. Punjab Dairy Development Board is also providing jobs to this stream's students. Some students want to go outside the country and it's of a good value in foreign countries.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The labs are well established according to the disciplines. Practical work is preferred and facilities are provided to improve the students' skills. It is a new college set up in 2008.
Faculty: The coursework is relevant to the discipline. Milk-related courses are there. Engineering, chemistry, microbiology, and economics are major titles to be followed in the 4 year course of B.Tech. In M.Tech, 1.5 years of coursework are there. The research work done here is of a good standard and meets the standards of higher education institutes outside India.

Affordability nice, building a bit old, nice campus life, good opportunities .
Placements: Around 130 students in each batch. Internship of 1 year in college is necessary. Externships are also provided in palampur and Jammu also. Internship stipend is 15000 per month. One can do PG after UG in specific subjects. One can to Ph.D. and become professor here.
Infrastructure: Classrooms contains smart boards and projectors. Teachers sometimes use blackboard and whiteboards also. Laboratories here are very advanced. The hostel food is also decent. We are given one B.Ed study table and chair in each room. Medical allowances are also given. There is swimming pool, athletic ground, cycling vellodrome in my campus.
Faculty: Curriculum perfectly fits for my degree. In first year we are taught three subjects. Anatomy, physiology and livestock production management. Which are used in clinics afterwards. In second year pathology, microbiology, Biochemistry, animal nutrition and animal genetics and breeding.
Other: I chose this course because I feel pace around animals. There is annual youth fest and annual sports meet also. Many kinds of theatre events, fine arts, music etc. Occurs.
