BA LLB (Hons) is a? ve-year integrated semester-based law course, which can be pursued after completing Class 12. An aspirant will become a graduate in Arts as well as Law after completing this course. With the business and corporate entities gaining significance in India, this course has become a preferred choice among students having an interest in Business and Management.

BA (Hons) is a three-year course offered at the UG level. The course is offered in six specialisations, including English, Psychology, Economics, History, Political Science and Sociology. Candidates must pass Class 12 in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC category) and English as a subject to apply for BA (Hons) course. Admission to the course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam and PI round.

The objective of the BA LLB (Hons) course at IMS is to integrate social, political, and economic aspects with the study of law. The course covers specialised subjects of law like Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Patent Law, Administrative Law and Labour Law, and other aspects of the law. Students are imparted education not only via classroom teaching methods but also through case studies, moot courts, and court visits. Law courses are designed to help students to take on challenges of the future and play an active role in reforming and uplifting Indian society. 

The total tuition fees of BBA LLB (Hons) is INR 5.73 lakh as per an official source. Candidates are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. In case, an aspirants is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Candidates will also require to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for BBA LLB (Hons) is INR 1,000. Candidates can pay the fee via online mode of payment.

CHO or Certificate in Hospitality Operations is a one-year full-time course.  In the curriculum, an equal emphasis is laid on the theoretical and practical aspects of Hospitality Studies. The first semester includes campus training on core departments of Hospitality/ Hotel Operation along with personality development and application of computers courses. The second semester is devoted to industrial training. Candidates must have passed Class 12 in any stream to apply for CHO course. Aspirants between age of 18 years and 26 years are eligible to apply. 

 IMS Unison offers 20 courses, including BBA, BA (Hons), BCA, PhD, MBA, etc. at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The courses are offered across five schools in multiple streams, including Management, Arts, Law, etc. Additionally, candidates applying for UG courses must complete Class 12. For PG, candidates are required to complete graduation. Candidates can apply for any of the course online on the official website of the university.

 Admission to BBA LLB (Hons), BA LLB (Hons) and PhD is based on entrance exam. For admission to all the other courses, merit in the last qualifying exam is considered. After the application process, the university considers the eligibility of the candidates and releases a merit list with the names of shortlisted candidates. Shortlisted aspirants are called for counselling and document verification. Candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat in the university.

The university provides admission to BBA LLB (Hons) course based on academic performance, CLAT/ LSAT score and PI performance. A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST/ Uttarakhand OBC) with English as a subject is required to apply for BBA LLB (Hons) course.
