In Food Science Technology, Generally M.Sc degree are awarded, but M.Tech degree is awarded at AAU Anand. So, M.Tech is awarded at AAU Anand only.

Yes, JEE Main and EAMCET preparation will be helpful in ICAR AIEEA UG for B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, because subjects to be attempted in the ICAR entrance exam are PCM.

The ICAR ranks below 1000 can be good enough for getting admission to leading Agricultural Universities except for BHU, because BHU needs ranks below the 350 for admission for the general category.
