The exam pattern of ICAR AICE JRF SRF consists of a total of three sections:Section A: This section has 72 subject-specific Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The first 20 questions are common and subject-based; a total of 72 specific subjects. Section B: This section consists of the subjects chosen by the students for PhD and there are a total of 50 MCQ questions included in this core group. 

TNAU admissions for students belonging to states other than Tamil Nadu are facilitated via ICAR. Thus, students seeking admission to university’s BSc Hons courses can apply via the ICAR UG exam. The actual numbers are not clear but as per previous year's figures, the total amount of SRF Fellowship for ICAR 2024 can be around INR 31,000 per month. If a student is promoted to Senior Research Fellow (SRF), then the per month amount increases to INR 35,000 based on their research achievements and appraisal.

ICAR (Indian Council of Agricultural Research) is the body which releases their form every year in April / May. Although, the particular dates might have changed or been postponed now since it is more important to check on ICAR official Website and notifications from ICAR for such updates.
