You can prefer Indira School of Business Studies, which is offering decent placements with highest salary package. Apart from that, you can also try for TISS – Mumbai and XLRI - Kolkata for HR programs.

Indira School of Business has got 100 % placements and the highest package offered is Rs.12 LPA. The highest package offered at CIM – Lavasa is Rs.7 LPA.

Both has their own value at there respective place when it comes to placement we have centralized placement so every student gets equal opportunity, but still i would say PGDM gets edge over MBA.
