In order to get admission to BDes at UID Delhi-NCR, students are required to pass Class 12 or three year Diploma in any stream from any recognised higher secondary board/ institute. The selection is done based on the performance of candidates in the UID DAT exam and Situation Test & Portfolio evaluation, which is conducted in offline mode.  

UID Delhi NCR BDes in Product Design curriculum includes semester-wise syllabus. There are a total of 15 subjects in the first year of the programme. To secure admission to UID Delhi NCR Campus, the institute accepts the score of UID DAT followed by a Portfolio Evaluation (PE) and Personal Interview. The college might accept the score of the entrance examination to grant scholarships to BD students. However, for admission to BDes courses, the college only accepts the score of UID DAT.
